Some people just can’t get a hold of themselves, but they should be corrected to learn how to be good, right? Well, this is precisely what didn’t happen in The Secret Garden. Everybody agrees that selfishness is bad, however some people believe that the writer of The Secret Garden should not have put Colin in the book, while others disagree, and believe that he did the right thing.

 

The writer of The Secret Garden should not have put Colin in the book for three reasons: He was a burden to people, a dangerous person to be with, and a bad person.

 

The first reason the writer of The Secret Garden should not have put Colin in the book is that he was a burden to people. He made Mary mad. He was hard to get to the garden
